Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DogIdentifier mobile application ("App") operated by DogIdentifier ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access or use the App.

Description of Service

DogIdentifier is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence technology to identify dog breeds from photographs. The App analyzes uploaded images and provides information about potential dog breeds, characteristics, and care tips. The service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload images that are inappropriate, offensive, or violate any laws
• Use the App for any commercial purposes without our written consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or security
• Upload images that infringe on the rights of others
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate breed identification results, the App uses artificial intelligence algorithms that may not always be 100% accurate. The results provided are estimates and should not be considered definitive breed identification. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by the App.

Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DogIdentifier and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

User Content

By uploading photos to the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and analyze these images solely for the purpose of providing breed identification services. We do not claim ownership of your photos, and they are automatically deleted after processing is complete.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• The accuracy or reliability of breed identification results
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
• The security of data transmission or storage
• The fitness of the App for any particular purpose

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DOGIDENTIFIER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DogIdentifier operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
